Abilene, Texas - 42-year-old Larry Dollins could face two years in prison for charges of animal cruelty, after stabbing his 14-week-old puppy, Taz, 11 times and throwing her in a dumpster.

A neighbor, Cheryl Ascol, called authorities after she witnessed the horrific attack. When officers arrived, they had to force their way into Dollin's home to arrest him. Miraculously, Taz survived the horrific incident!!!
