Is being a “superstar” worth it? Or is Mom too much?

34 year –old Kerry, a beautician, gives her daughter Botox treatments every 3 months. Kerry is obsessed with beauty pageants, and is confident these treatments will help her 8 year-old become a “superstar” in years to come. Kerry is single mother and beautiful.

She purchases the Botox products online, and administered the injections and fillers herself. The injections are placed in her forehead, lips, and around her eyes. The mom claims that she tests the injections on herself, prior to using them on her daughter.

Kerry claims that other mothers of beauty pageant contestants are utilizing Botox as well, and it’s becoming a very common occurrence. The industry is self-regulated, and there are no laws prohibiting parents from injecting their children with the treatments.

She receives “virgin waxes” each month to prevent her from developing pubic hair in the future. The Mom believes that this is all in the best interest of the child. She thinks that when she becomes a “superstar,” she’ll thank her mom for all the things she done.

The scary part is… The 8 year-old seems to already be addicted to the treatments. The Sun, got a chilling quote from the young beauty queen.

"My friends think it's cool I have all the treatments and they want to be like me. I check every night for wrinkles, when I see some I want more injections.

"They used to hurt, but now I don't cry that much.

"I also want a boob and nose job soon, so that I can be a star."

Very heart breaking for many reasons.
