World’s Smallest Man: 23 inches tall

After beating the world record by 3 inches, 18-year-old Junrey Balawing, was given the title of the world’s shortest man. The 18-year-old has suffered from various medical conditions that keep him from standing for long periods.

 Amazingly, Junrey stands 23 inches tall. His parents are proud of him, and his new title in the Guinness Book of World Records.Congratulations Junrey!!!
