Teen Hero: 11th grade football player saves mother of 5 from burning car

Seffner, Florida - 11th grader, Justin Jackson, is a hero after pulling a mother of 5 from a burning car. The 42-year-old mom pulled into his path as him and his mom was driving. When the vehicles impacted, the vehicle the lady was driving burst into flames.

The young man made sure his mom was o.k., then rushed to the ladies car to assist her. He had to shake the driver’s door of her car loose before pulling her out. A knee injury prevented her from moving on her own, so the Justin pulled her away from the accident.

He doesn’t consider himself a hero, he’s just glad that he did the right thing. The 42-year-old mom is truly grateful that Justin helped her. Justin may not consider himself a hero, but that mother’s children surely consider him one.
