More teenagers want tattoos and piercings as they’re seen wherever we look whether it’s in a music video, commercial, or magazine. After doing a little research, I found that there are some age restrictions in many states across the country. Plainly put: minors cannot always get tattoos without parental consent. Some parents are against it leaving teens to seek a parlor where age doesn’t matter. Things can go horribly wrong when this happens.
