GimmeMo Foundation Mission Statement

The GimmeMO Foundation has a mission of bettering the youth of the world through new models of communication and connection to positive, empowering, information and resources.

GimmeMO targets three remarkably ignored problems that lay at the heart of many of the issues young people must confront in their daily lives:

1. The modern world has presented a superabundance of information to young people who have no ability in filtering or judging the positive or negative impact this information has on their lives.
    
2. This rapid paradigm change created a generation of parents, teachers, and others who have little experience with which to guide these young people, worse, many do not have the skills to effectively communicate with this generation of youth.
    
3. Forge relationships between the modern and developing world on global issues. Highlight positive contributions youth are making globally. Expand youth views to extend beyond their present environment, situation, or circumstance in order to become aware of opportunities that a part of current globalization. Help youth identify the common interests among all humanity, promote religious tolerance, and build mutual understanding.
    

GimmeMO’s primary objectives are:

To develop new techniques to bypass the growing barriers in communication between generations and give youth the tools to filter, interact, understand, and constructively use the extraordinary information and communication resources in a modern world.

The path to this goal is through the GimmeMO Foundation:

Communicating and Connecting: The foundation creates a hip, attractive informational resource using popular media, marketing techniques, social networking, and celebrity to attract youth to the message.

Filtering and Aggregating: The foundation acts as a focal point for youth, filtering out the enormous amount of noise and overwhelming amount of negative information and influence present in the modern world.

Focusing and Showing: The foundation helps youth focus on values, and shows them benefits in healthy positive living.

Giving Voice: The foundation creates a platform, allowing youth a safe place for
expression of the significance of their true character.
